Abstract

The précis deals with the problem of quality control in the sphere of building construction. This problem seems to be of great importance nowadays because it hasn’t been thoroughly investigated yet.

The first chapter is devoted to the historical background of the theoretical approaches in the field of quality management. The second part contains the practical analysis of existing methods of quality control in the constructional sphere.

The third chapter is aimed to sum up theoretical and practical experience of the carried out investigation. A lot of graphs and tables are given to illustrate the results of the work.

In conclusion the authors state that the implementation of quality control system appears to be one of most challenges in the building industry.
